Larceny suspect arrested at Kohl's in Henrietta

A larceny suspect, Mario Laviena Jr., 41, from Rochester, was swiftly arrested at Kohl's in Henrietta by deputies at 5:13 PM on 8/9/24. Deputies, along with Kohl's Asset Protection and Monroe Crime Analysis Center, charged Laviena with Petit Larceny, Obstruction of Governmental Administration, and False Personation. He also had two Monroe County warrants. Laviena was given an appearance ticket as per NYS law and was handed over to the Greece Police Department for an outstanding warrant.
