**Georgetown Public Library Hosts Seed Saving Event**

The Georgetown Public Library is starting a new initiative called "Plant It Forward," focusing on seed saving, sorting, and community engagement. The event will take place on the first Tuesday of each month from 1 to 3 p.m., with the upcoming dates on November 5, December 3, and January 7.

Participants will have the opportunity to help clean, sort, and husk donated seeds while meeting fellow gardening enthusiasts. The event is open to volunteers of all ages, and families are encouraged to join.

This initiative is conducted in partnership with the Williamson County AgriLife Extension Master Gardener's program.
