Camp Cory Unveils Summer 2025 Counseling Team

Camp Cory has announced its new team for Summer 2025. Owen Richards, serving as a Junior Counselor, is entering his first year as an official staff member after spending last summer as an intern. A junior at his high school in Gananda and a long-time Camp Cory attendee for eight years, Owen is known for his love of swimming, water activities, and ultimate frisbee. Additionally, he is interested in learning to play the guitar and dreams of traveling to Greece.

Jack Morgan returns for his 8th summer at Camp Cory as a Senior Counselor. A freshman at George Mason University studying Music Education with a concentration in jazz percussion, Jack has been part of the staff for four years. Originally from Herndon, Virginia, he has a keen interest in playing a variety of musical instruments.

Duvan Felipe Paz Teuta, also a Senior Counselor, is joining for his first summer at Camp Cory although he has already gained experience as a counselor in another location. Felipe, who is returning to the United States for the summer, brings a calm and knowledgeable approach to his role. He is committed to learning from every experience and to sharing that knowledge with others during his time at camp.

Camp Cory officials welcomed these new staff members and expressed their anticipation for a productive summer season with the fresh perspectives and enthusiasm of the new counselors.
