The Master Builders' Association has announced a 'Construction Inclusion Week' taking place from October 14 to 18, 2024, as part of October's designation as Construction Month.

The event will provide a 5-day countdown guide that includes free content and training materials aimed at fostering more inclusive workplaces in the construction industry. Each day of the event will focus on a different theme, which includes Commitment & Accountability, Belonging, Supplier Diversity, Workplace Culture, and Community Engagement.

Participants are encouraged to adapt the content to meet their specific needs to help strengthen their construction teams. The guide can be downloaded from the official Construction Inclusion Week website at www.constructioninclusionweek.com.
