The Greeley-Evans School District will host a Parent Agency Connection Night on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The event is organized by the Special Education Advisory Committee and the Transition Services Program and will be held at the D6 Student Access Center located at 1315 5th Ave., Greeley, CO 80631.

The evening will provide community resources and answers for parents seeking support for their child’s needs. Numerous organizations will be in attendance, including 18-21 Transition Services, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, Project SEARCH, SWAP, ARC of Northeast Colorado, Weld County Area Agency on Aging, Preschool/Child Find, Bright Skies Therapy Center, Connections for Independent Living, Employment Services of Weld County, Overture, Amazing Care, Envoi, Frontier House, North Range Behavioral Health, Whale Respite Center, Adaptive Inclusive Recreation, AIMS Disability Access Services, Special Olympics, District 6 Audiology, and Assistive Technology (SWAAAC).

Childcare will be available during the event. Parents are invited to drop off their children in a dedicated room where trained staff will provide a safe and nurturing environment, allowing parents to focus on the resources and information provided.
